Offer agreement

Licence agreement for the Holiday Widget software. Version of 5 September 2026.

1. General

This document is a public offer under article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Payment constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these terms under article 438.

2. Subject

The rightsholder grants the user a simple (non-exclusive) licence to use the extended functionality of the Holiday Widget software — an extension for Chromium-based browsers.

The basic functionality is free and requires no agreement.

3. What PRO includes

• client cards with birthdays, name days, professional days, contacts, notes and reminders;
• import of contacts from a phone (.vcf);
• your own greeting templates, a signature and a logo on cards;
• CSV import and export of the client list;
• export of holidays to an .ics calendar file;
• saving the greeting card as an image;
• removal of the limit on your own entries.

4. Price and payment

The licence costs 300 roubles, payable once. Payment is made by bank card through YooKassa. A fiscal receipt is sent to the email address given at checkout, as required by Russian federal law 54-FZ.

5. Term and territory

The licence is granted in perpetuity, worldwide. There are no recurring payments. Updates are provided at no additional cost.

6. Activation and limits

After payment the user receives an activation key. One key may be active on no more than three browsers at a time. The user can free a slot with the “Unlink this browser” function.

Passing the key to third parties, publishing it, or attempting to bypass the licence check breaches this agreement and is grounds for revoking the licence without a refund.

7. Refunds

The user may withdraw within 14 calendar days of payment if the advertised functionality does not work. Write to support quoting the payment number and describing the problem. Refunds are made by the original payment method within 10 working days.

A free version is available before purchase so that the software can be evaluated on the user's own equipment.

8. Liability

The software is provided “as is”. The rightsholder is not liable for lost profit or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the software. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the licence.

The user is responsible for the safety of their own data and may create a backup with the software's own function at any time.
