Privacy policy
The short version
The documents you process in DocLite PDF never leave your computer and are never shared with anyone — not with us, not with third parties. The extension makes exactly one network request: the licence check when you activate the paid version.
1. Who processes the data

2. Your documents
- Every operation — merging, splitting, compressing, converting, watermarks, page numbers, signatures — runs in the browser on your own device.
- File contents are never sent to our servers and are never stored anywhere outside your computer. We have no access to them.
- The finished file is saved wherever you point the save dialog.
3. What the extension sends over the network
- When you activate the paid version, the extension sends your activation key and a random installation identifier to our server (api.shashevpro.ru).
- The installation identifier is a random number generated by the extension. It is not tied to your name, your email, your machine or your file contents. Its only purpose is to stop a single key from being used on an unlimited number of devices.
- The extension contacts nothing else. There is no analytics, no telemetry, no advertising network in it.
4. Data collected at purchase
- Payment is handled by YooKassa (YooMoney NBCO LLC). Card details are entered on YooKassa's side and never reach us.
- Your email address is requested in order to send the fiscal receipt required by Russian law and the activation key. Once the key has been sent, the address is deleted from our database.
- What we keep permanently: the activation key, the payment number and the installation identifier. That is enough to confirm your purchase if you contact us.
5. Retention
Licence records are kept indefinitely, because the licence itself is perpetual and may need to be confirmed at any point. Email addresses are deleted as soon as the key has been sent.
6. Sharing
We do not share or sell data to third parties. The only exception is YooKassa, which processes the payment and issues the receipt, and cases directly required by law.
7. Your rights
You can request information about the data we hold, or its deletion, by writing to programmer@shashevpro.ru. Please note that deleting your licence record makes it impossible to restore the licence or move it to another device.
8. Extension permissions
Chrome lists the permissions requested at install time. They are used as follows:
- Downloads — to save the finished file to your computer.
- Storage — to remember your licence state and the free-operation counter. Stored locally, on your machine.
- Access to api.shashevpro.ru — solely to verify an activation key.
The extension does not request and does not have access to the content of the websites you visit.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with its date.
