Andrey Shashev, sole proprietor (OGRNIP 324190000024465, INN 190205060843), hereinafter the Licensor, offers any person, hereinafter the User, to enter into an agreement granting the right to use a computer program on the terms set out below.

This document is a public offer under Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Payment constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these terms (Article 438).

1. Subject matter

  1. The Licensor grants the User a simple (non-exclusive) licence to use "DocLite PDF", an extension for the Google Chrome browser intended for working with PDF documents.
  2. The licence removes the free-mode limit on the number of operations per day. The feature set does not change: every tool is available without a licence too.
  3. The licence is granted for one device and is perpetual, with no recurring payments.

2. Price and payment

  1. The licence costs 300 (three hundred) Russian roubles. VAT is not charged, as the Licensor applies the simplified tax regime.
  2. Payment is made once, through the YooKassa payment service. The Licensor neither receives nor stores bank card details.
  3. A fiscal receipt as required by Federal Law No. 54-FZ is sent to the email address the User provides at payment.

3. How the licence is delivered

  1. After successful payment the User receives an activation key: it is shown on the payment confirmation page and sent to the email address provided.
  2. The licence is deemed granted at the moment the key is shown to the User. The Licensor's obligations are fulfilled in full at that point.
  3. The key is activated inside the program and, from that moment, is bound to the User's device.
  4. If the key is lost, the User may write to programmer@shashevpro.ru quoting the payment number, and the key will be sent again.
  5. If the User changes device or reinstalls the program, the binding is released on request.

4. Refunds

  1. The program is available in free mode with its full feature set, which lets the User assess its suitability before paying.
  2. If the program does not work for reasons attributable to the Licensor and the fault is not fixed within 10 (ten) business days of the User's request, the User may claim a full refund.
  3. Requests go to programmer@shashevpro.ru with the payment number and a description of the fault. Refunds are made to the same payment instrument within 10 (ten) business days of the decision.

5. Restrictions

  1. The User may not distribute, resell or transfer the activation key to third parties, modify the program, or circumvent the limits of the free mode.
  2. Title to the program and all exclusive rights in it remain with the Licensor.

6. Liability

  1. The program is provided "as is". The Licensor does not warrant that it will suit any particular purpose of the User or run without errors on any hardware.
  2. Documents are processed on the User's own device. The Licensor has no access to the processed files and is not responsible for their integrity. Users are advised to keep copies of their source documents.
  3. The Licensor's liability is limited to the amount paid by the User.
  4. The Licensor is not responsible for interruptions caused by third parties, including changes to the Google Chrome browser and to Chrome Web Store policies.

7. Miscellaneous

  1. The Licensor may amend this offer. A new version applies to agreements concluded after its publication and does not affect licences already granted.
  2. Personal data handling is described in the Privacy policy.
  3. The parties recognise the legal force of messages sent by email: by the Licensor from programmer@shashevpro.ru, by the User from the address given at payment. A message is deemed received on the next business day after it is sent.
  4. Disputes are settled under the law of the Russian Federation. A written claim must be filed before going to court; the response period is 30 calendar days.
